375.ai (together with our subsidiary Zeppelin Wireless US Inc., “375.ai,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides this privacy policy to describe how we collect, use, and share the information of visitors to our website at 375.ai (the “Site”) and users of our 375go mobile app (the “App”) (collectively, the “Services”). For clarity, data processed by our 375edge nodes is not subject to this privacy policy.

When interacting with the Services, we may collect information about you, including your name, 375go nickname, contact information, and any other information you choose to provide. For example, we collect this information when you join our email list, register for or use the App, make a purchase, contact us, or interact with us for any other purpose. We may also collect your mailing and billing information when you place an order.
In the App, we may passively collect information such as available carrier networks, signal strength and open Wifi networks in your area as well as precise geolocation information. We may also collect photos, sound recordings, and video clips you choose to submit in the App.
